Your 10 most watched programs of the week on Sling, non-sports edition, were as follows. Check after the list for a few quick thoughts on this week’s most watched home entertainment:
- Big Brother
- Sons of Anarchy
- El Señor de los Cielos
- The Big Bang Theory
- America’s Got Talent
- Law & Order: Special Victims Unit
- Dancing with the Stars
- The Roosevelts: An Intimate History
- The Young and the Restless
Not many surprises this week — Still plenty of watching reality shows online, a smattering of watching scripted shows online and, of course, El Señor de los Cielos. Many American Sling watchers use Sling to watch shows abroad — this one flips the script a little in being a show made by an American network (Telemundo) that takes place abroad (Mexico, during the heyday of drug lord Amado Carillo Fuentes).
One interesting new entry was Ken Burns’ documentary series about Theodore, Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt. The PBS miniseries aired every night of the week, helping it gain a spot on our top 10. Each episode is a solid two-hour block (with no commercials — thanks, Viewers Like You!). So it would be understandable if a lot of Sling users are watching it by utilizing Sling’s function to let you watch pre-recorded programs.
Have you been watching The Roosevelts, El Señor de los Cielos or anything else on the list? Let us know what you’ve been watching in the comments. We’ll be back with our sports top 10 tomorrow.
