The most-watched game for Slingbox users this week was the NFL matchup between the Carolina Panthers and the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day. Unfortunately for fans of the Cowboys, this game may have dashed any hope of recovering from their struggling start to the season.

Cowboys’ quarterback, Tony Romo, who had broken his left collarbone in the team’s second game this September, was back for his second start since returning to beat the Miami Dolphins a week earlier. The Panthers quickly proved to be a more difficult opponent, with Romo throwing three interceptions, two of which were returned for touchdowns by the Panthers. The poor performance turned disastrous when Romo re-injured his clavicle. The loss drops the Cowboys’ record to 3-8, with a comeback virtually impossible especially now that Romo is likely out for the remainder of the season.

The NFC East remains wide open as the worst division in the NFL this year, with the Washington Redskins, New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles all still within striking distance of a division title. Use your Slingbox to tune into the rest of the NFC East games as the playoff picture solidifies.

We’ll be back next week with more lists.
